About Me

UX Leader · AI Strategist · Product Design Director

I'm a UX leader who thrives at the intersection of complexity, scale, and innovation. At SentinelOne, I scaled the UX organization — defining its structure, culture, and systems to support a rapidly expanding product suite.

My approach centers on clarity, consistency, and empowerment: creating frameworks that scale both people and process so designers can operate independently while staying aligned with a shared vision.

Design Journey

Much of my career has focused on translating highly technical domains — Amazon web services, Salesforce applications, Google's sales CRM tools, SentinelOne's cybersecurity platform — into intuitive, human experiences. I'm drawn to complex systems because they demand precision, collaboration, and empathy.

Recently, my focus has expanded to AI and UX — leading design for AI-powered products like Purple AI. I build patterns that make AI interactions transparent, explainable, and trustworthy.

Guiding Principles

01
Build systems that support creativity and clarity.
02
Scale processes that empower people and foster accountability.
03
Inspire teams to design with empathy, intelligence, and purpose.

Outside of Work

A maker at heart, my passion for creating goes far beyond the screen. Whether it's designing intuitive digital experiences, capturing stories through a camera lens, or piecing together edits for my travel channel, I'm happiest when I'm building something that inspires others.

When I'm not designing, I'm exploring. I have a deep love for ancient architecture and the quiet beauty of Buddhas around the world. These journeys remind me that great design, like great civilizations, stands the test of time.

At my core, I'm a virtuoso of making — blending strategy, imagination, and a bit of wanderlust to create experiences that matter.

UX at Scale · Elevating Design Through Process and Quality

Good design at scale requires more than talented designers. When I stepped into the UX Director role at SentinelOne, the team had talent. What it lacked was infrastructure. I built it — and measured the results.

The Challenge

Multiple design teams across global locations were working without a unified process. Each group had developed its own ways of working — inconsistent design quality, duplicated effort, difficulty achieving cross-product alignment. Reviews were ad hoc. Onboarding was inconsistent. There was no shared definition of what "good" looked like. To understand the full scope, I co-led a retrospective workshop with the UX teams — mapping current challenges and defining the ideal future state. That became the foundation for everything that followed.

Building the Infrastructure

I approached this as a systems problem, not a process problem. The goal wasn't to add more meetings or checkboxes — it was to create conditions where designers could deliver high-quality work consistently. Two key artifacts drove this:

The UX Playbook — a central resource documenting design process, best practices, and team standards. The shared language that scaled with headcount. The Design Review Framework — a structured cadence creating clear rhythms of collaboration across feature teams, UX teams, and leadership, so quality became a habit, not a heroic effort.

Impact

The May 2025 employee engagement survey told a clear story. Benchmarked against company averages, my team scored significantly higher across every measured dimension — Management (+13 pts), Learning & Development (+12 pts), and Cross-team Alignment (+8 pts). These numbers reflect a team that understood its purpose, trusted its leadership, and had the space to grow. That culture didn't happen by accident — it was designed.

+13 pts
Management score above company average
+12 pts
Learning & Development above company average
+8 pts
Cross-team alignment above company average
